Do you accept custom orders?

At this time, we are unable to commit to custom orders. 

Do you offer returns/exchanges?

Due to the handmade and made to order nature of our jewelry, we do not allow returns or exchanges.

Do you offer wholesale terms?

Yes we do! Please reach out to info@heronandlambcollective.com for access to our password protected wholesale page

Do you repair jewelry? 

Yes! We can repair your Heron and Lamb jewelry. Depending on the nature of the repair, we can restore most pieces of jewelry, however, some repairs that are not considered normal wear and tear will be subject to a fee.
