Re shipping packages:

As of January 1, 2021, we no longer take responsibility for fees associated with reshipping for the following reasons:

• Incorrect mailing address provided in the checkout

• Items marked as undeliverable by USPS due to incorrect name or absence of recipient’s name on the mailbox

• Items returned to us because package was not signed for with USPS signature upon delivery.

For items needing to be reshipped that are sent back to us for the above reasons, please select the desired courier and service. If an item is marked as non deliverable and sent back to us, we will make a note of this and resend once payment for shipping is made and the item is delivered to us. Items sent back to us take anywhere from 3-10 days in transit- we will resend during our next available post office drop after receiving it and issue a new tracking number via email. Please provide the updated address at checkout and enter code FREESHIP so you do not get double charged for shipping during checkout.

PACKAGE INTERCEPT

As per our policies stated at checkout and our order and shipping confirmations, we no longer refund or resend orders sent to incorrect addresses. If a package still in transit to an incorrect address provided at checkout and it has not yet been delivered, there is still a chance that it can be intercepted. Please select the package intercept option and provide the updated address at checkout.

The intercept fee is $15.25 + the new priority shipping that USPS will create for your package (the average is $8, so we include it in the intercept fee. If USPS is unable to intercept the package, we will reach out to notify you and refund the intercept fee.

All intercepted mailpieces that are redirected back to the sender, a new delivery address or a Post Office as Hold For Pickup service through the electronic commercial method are relabeled and handled as a new Priority Mail piece. The new Priority Mail piece is charged the applicable Priority Mail postage from the location where intercepted to the new destination based on the dimensions, weight and zone of the piece.
